The Secrets Hidden in Your Emotional Eating

How emotional eating patterns develop & what they tell us about what we are trying not to feel.
Why the most painful cost associated with emotional eating has nothing to do with gaining
weight.
The big realizations I have had in moments of mindless and compulsive eating that catapulted
my life forward.
How emotional eating is never really “cured” and how that can actually help us.
What becomes possible when you gain awareness of your patterns with food.
